Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I ship internationally - one thing I do ask is that you enter the correct address details during checkout so that your order can be sent to you at right address please.
Please note that shipping fees may vary depending on which country you're in.
What payment methods do you accept?
I use Stripe to process and accept payments made in all currencies through Visa, Master Card and American Express.
I also use Apple Pay and Google Pay to accept payments. Google Pay is available on Chrome on all domains.
Do you accept commissions?
Yes, to find out more please send me an email with your request to: email@example.com to discuss your ideas further and to get a quote for your finished product.
When will my order arrive?
For UK orders Items will arrive between 2-7 business days and for international orders depending on your location items may take up to 30 business days or less to arrive.
For guaranteed tracking information for your order please select the tracked postal service during checkout.
Do you cover customs fees?
No. This is solely the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that some countries may require you to pay a customs fee or tax before receiving your items - which may cause a delay on your order, so please be aware of this and double check with your countries customs office if this is the case.
Do the prints have a margin/border?
Yes. All prints come with a 1-2inch white border around the artwork for your framing purposes.
What is the return/refund policy?
I'm happy to accept items you may wish to return for an exchange or refund.
Please note customers are responsible for postage fees when returning items. Damaged items will not qualify for returns or exchanges unless items arrived damaged beforehand - All care has been taken to ensure items arrive in the best possible condition before being dispatched.
Step 1) - Please email me beforehand on firstname.lastname@example.org with the appropriate subject heading and explain why you wish to return the chosen item(s) photos of its condition after receiving your order along with your order number and receipt or invoice and I will see to it as soon as possible for you :)
Refunds - For refunds please follow step 1 and return items within 14 days of purchase to qualify for a full refund.
Exchanges - If you wish to exchange an item for another of equal value and category, please follow step 1 above and send chosen items back within 30 days of purchase.
